Natürlich müsste ich wieder mal einen Allnighter hinlegen um an meinen Universum zu arbeiten. Es geht mir nicht in den Kopf, dass ich so ewig daran schreibe aber erst jetzt auf den Trichter komme das Schiff zu designen. Und warum zum empfindlichen Haut in der Ursuppe Bad funktioniert das bei mir nicht am Tag... 😭😤😅
Ich hätte echt mehr Zeichnen sollen in den letzten Jahren...🥲

580. How many drafts do you usually go through?

I am trying to keep track of my changes, as some might know or have an idea about how I structure my answers here on Mastodon, but, I am an agent of chaos in non digital places and tend to have a giant folder named download on all devices... Followed by download sorting one, two..., so every time I make changes I create a new document with the current date.

The actual documents im writing on are called StarRyde Draft 000.001 [Date] so I have no freaking idea but I will move to draft 000.002 someday, probably if I reach some arbitrary threshold I set up. But atm I'm not really writing more than prompt answers and try to figure out the shape of the Ghoz'Tarc and make it not look like a forking D!©]<.😤
Next time humanity evolves get some neutral connectors that look same on both sides.🤬

The Koto is a heavily modified Star Eagle-class ship. It entered service as a law-enforcement vessel, but now operates as a platform for freelance operations and mercenary work. The main fuselage has been extended to accommodate additional habitation modules for crew and workstations, and a battery of particle beam weapons make this a formidable opponent in any skirmish.

A spaceship in flight, against a background of stars. The ship has a long, narrow fuselage with a wide and flat cockpit or bridge at the front, with tall, squared viewports. The fuselage is covered by greebles and has an angular spine that runs down the center, which becomes a wider and taller hump towards the rear of the fuselage. The ship has two outriggers on either side of the main hull, and they each have rounded, blunt nosecaps. The ship is seen from a front angle, but engine flare can be seen at the rear of the main fuselage and the two nacelles. There are several weapons or cannons mounted to various parts of the ship (either side of the cockpit, atop each nacelle, etc.). A distant spacestation floats lazily in the background.
The same ship as described in the first photo, seen from a rear angle. A round reactor is situated at the very rear of the main hull, and it is flanked by two engine clusters. There is also a large engine at the end of each outrigger or nacelle. All of the engines are lit up as if under a hard burn. Beyond the ship is nothing but a sea of stars.
