The stones you see here are (in order):
White cubic zirconia (CZ), Fiery red CZ,Amethyst, Synthetic sapphire, Garnet, Black diamond, Pink cabochon CZ, Peridot and Purple CZ. I am really fond of the bright red one but it might be a touch too wide unless I do some magic to make it fit.

I cast a small branch in silver over ten years ago, but wasn't happy with what I had planned to do with it so just left it in my box of odds and ends. A little bit of hammering, soldering and rummaging for stones (I found this perfect carnelian I have had for two decades), and the result is a delightful organic ring. Chunky hand carved silver rings have returned from hallmarking. The process of hallmarking is a bit of a pain (unless you are based near the office and can drop them off in person) but for a customer it is a guarantee. The marks tell you the metal is what the seller says it is, you can see who made it, where it was made and when.
