This is an awesome gift or display item for any historical board gamer. Impress your friends the next time you play a wargame. #hexesforever. Use it for chit pull purposes or for storing pens. You can even use it when drinking your morning joe. Although I prefer tea myself.
Thanks in advance for supporting this charitable cause.

#SoCalWargamers at Geeky Teas in Burbank yesterday.
The main #boardgame was Purple Haze. It’s a mission driven sort-of RPG. No spoilers but the gang had fun despite the highs, lows, & tactical muck ups.
#BoardWargames for 7 is tough. Karl had brought along Alliance. It has the standard Columbia Games block mechanics dumped on the Napoleonic Wars. It’s good that it has scenarios & flexible player count but I found it very meh.
Last game was Five Tribes. A fun but soulless euro.

Karl had brought along the new version of Unhappy King Charles to show off. I didn't know copies were already being delivered!. It looks good. And UKC still passed the #bristolmaptest with flying colours.
A great day of #boardgames yesterday at @geekyteas in Burbank. Karl and I haven’t played the classic #ww1 CDG #boardgame Paths of Glory in a while. Unfortunately my Central Powers side lost by over extending in Russia. Karl was happy to watch me throw the game again as my flanks grew more tenuous. That makes it twice in a row I have done that. D'oh!

A good mix of new, old, play test, 2-player, multi-player, short social, long strategy, #boardwargames, and some co-op games were played. 7 games new to me. Some I’m definitely looking forward to playing again and the odd one I am not

#canberra Regional Wargame group at Lanyon Vikings Club’s monthly meet up today.
We played a moderns skirmish game using #FistfulofLead rules. I made a quick and dirty chart of random events for the scenario that had, random civilians wandering into the area, tropical downpours, mudslides, lost bearings, wild animal attacks…all drafted & edited with AI!
Really fun game. As always, club was busy. Bunch of #wargames #BoardWargames with about 30 players in attendance. #Tabletop
After some coding detours to make it work, I'm almost done implementing the campaign functionality in my game, Arete: The Battles of Alexander the Great. Then onto trying to make it prettier.
