MDMRNI don't talk about work here a whole lot, but I'm a chemical engineer by education and have been doing environmental engineering work for the past 17 years. <br> <br> So, I have an organic chemistry molecular model kit that I have kept at work for years. Zannah Salter<p>Guess my plate contaminant! </p><p>Colony is irregular edged, wet and whitish, looks like a somewhat spreading type: 1cm diameter after 48h microaerobic on blood agar.</p><p>Presume air/dust origin as it's only 1 colony on 1 plate out of a whole stack.</p><p>No stain done yet, but au naturel it looks like individual cocci, or perhaps small commas, and they are very twitchy. </p><p>Gram stain and a few other tests coming tomorrow!
