Who failed to keep doctors in the country? Will anything push these numbers?</p><p>Quebec: Pretty much the same but the one thing you can say for sure is the Liberals have come off their very high highs of 50% and are now back down to Earth, but there is still a significant lead over the Bloc and CPC.</p><p>The NDP bumps around in the doldrums under 10%.
