When my GP first said when giving me my psych referral, that "you need to figure out who Loops is",

I did feel like I don't know who I am. Which one of the many things I'm into is really 'it'? Why does everyone else have a focus? When I try and answer who I am, why can't I decide? I know it's not many personalities or that type of thing. I know I'm not in conflict over that *I* like those things.

Slowly, that's changing.

The conflict was picking. I'm many things. And it's ok to be many things. I don't have to match others expectations of being one thing. That's me. I don't need to decide.

I hope you know, it's ok to be who you already are, too ✌️
