Matthew ReinboldDoing a little Googling, 'NEUZEITLICHE OLYMPIADE' is 'Modern Olympics" in German, which makes sense given it is arranged between the 1896 and 1984 dates. The 1984 summer Olympics were in LA, and winter was in Bosnia and Herzegovina. No idea why 1986 is also included.
