Matthew Reinbold<p>Doing a little Googling, 'NEUZEITLICHE OLYMPIADE' is 'Modern Olympics" in German, which makes sense given it is arranged between the 1896 and 1984 dates. </p><p>The 1984 summer Olympics were in LA, and winter was in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
