I was livid to hear SXSW eliminated the online music, TV, and film festival. Talk about a step back in regard to accessibility! There are people with health concerns that can't go to Texas. Not to mention, SXSW is costly; people can only go if they have a certain amount of privilege (registration fee + travel + hotel + a week off of work). After building the infrastructure to hold a massive festival online, it’s upsetting organizers decided it’s not worth continuing. #SXSW23 #CovidIsNotOver
