"Oregon leads 12-state lawsuit to challenge Trump tariffs"

gift link = oregonlive.com/business/2025/0

"Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield on Wednesday filed a federal lawsuit that seeks to overturn President Donald Trump’s new tariffs.

Oregon leads the lawsuit, which 11 other states have joined. Broadly, the lawsuit argues Congress, not the president, has the power to set tariffs."

Have any Cluster F#CK by #doublemountainbrewing laying around in your fridge? Drink it!
More on #doublemountainbrewing Cluster F#CK
Out of the bottle, Cluster F#CK produces a hefty amount of off-white head, resting on a clear pool of gold. Receding, there remains a blanket of lacing on the surface, along with some jagged curtains of lacing inside the glass.
Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of tropical citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, and some pine.
Sipping, we greeted by orange and grapefruit citrus, tropical citrus, and some caramel, before taking a hit to the face with dank pine resin bitterness. Overall, Cluster F#CK has a medium to strong mouthfeel, a definite alcoholic warmth, and a lingering bitterness punctuated by stickiness.

I had just read an op-ed from the Freedom Foundation, arguing against Oregon HB 3789, and that they do not impersonate union members. I did a web search and found this same denial in multiple publications and some general anti-union propaganda from Freedom Foundation, before finally finding that statement from OEA in support of HB 3789.

The denial from Freedom Foundation was almost enough in itself to convince me they were in fact impersonating union members.
