2024 wurde aus #SachsenAnhalt #Bier im Wert von ca. 559 Tsd. EUR exportiert. Die #Niederlande waren mit 446 Tsd. EUR das wichtigste Ausfuhrland. Die #Exporte waren damit 2024 um 44,3 % höher als 2023 und um 11,6 % höher als 2014.

#TagdesdeutschenBieres: Nicht allein im Inland geht der Bierabsatz seit Jahren zurück, auch im Ausland ist deutsches #Bier nicht mehr so gefragt wie noch vor zehn Jahren. 1,45 Milliarden Liter Bier wurden 2024 ins Ausland exportiert – 6,0 % weniger als 2014. Trotz der gesunkenen Auslandsnachfrage ist der Bierexport stabiler als der Absatz im Inland: Letzterer ging in den vergangenen zehn Jahren um 15,1 % zurück. Vorbereitung zum zweiten #Brautag .
Morgen früh gehts los!

Es wird nochmal ein Klosterbier, wie beim ersten Brautag, um zu schauen wie reproduzierbar man das hinkriegt.

Ich denke, wir werden es "Goldsud. No. 2" nennen. Zum einen wegen der wirklich schönen Farbe, zum anderen haben wir da mittlerweile in so viele Zubehörteile investiert...

... aber es schmeckt.
