The whole #maga gestalt has made the expression "Make America Great Again" one that generates this mixed feeling of anger and nausea in me.

So I've decided to #anagram it into something far more ridiculous to match how ridiculous I find the supporters of that hateful ideology. I've come up with a few choice ones so far:

A meager karate magician - This one is great because whenever I see that abysmal red hat I can just picture a sad little dude dressed as a wizard, doing karate in his mom's basement.

A geekier magi catamaran - I get visuals of a flamboyantly gay magic boat just riding the waves, playing Dungeons & Dragons and it tickles me how much all of those things would offend the average magabro.

Eek! A riming agate maraca! - I feel like you could convince #trump and his followers to try to attack maracas on the grounds that they're from another country. It also just sounds like a ridiculous statement to say out loud and I want to constantly be reminded of how sad and ridiculous these folks are.

Mama, ice rake a gear giant... - I just...I feel like I could just see Jeff Bridges as his Lebowski character responding to someone shouting "make america great again" in his face with this confused expression before taking a sip of a White Russian and calmly saying to them "Mama...ice rake a gear giant" and then kind of trundling on because he's got better things to do than hang around folks like that.

Grasping at straws, I know. It's not even January 20th yet and I'm already exhausted by the idea of how many times I'm likely going to hear that damned phrase. You get through stuff how you can right? I do it with anagrams and transforming the obscene into the ridiculous.

You can also now do simple "Letter Maths" to test anagrams in the scratchpad ("Jotter" in Exolve). Often you see some candidate #anagram fodder in a #cryptic #clue and can guess a possible solution, but would like to see if the anagram is perfect or has some extra/missing letters.

Just type something like "A mixture - Asterix =" in the scratchpad. As soon as you type the equals sign, this will be replaced by "mu - s"
