30.03.2025 What do your characters get nostalgic about? What triggers that?

There isn't much general nostalgia going on for most of my characters.
And I don't think remembering the fallen loved ones counts as nostalgia.
On occasion they remark on something from the past but most of them where born into a Utopian society that is fighting a war against an alien species for several decades now. Most of their parents don't remember it differently, that's one reason why soldiers of the Union and the alliance are broadly accepted in the society. They are the ones keeping the others as safe as it gets.
